I’m a Connecticut-licensed Real Estate Broker and Home Inspector with more than thirty-five years of hands-on experience in real estate, construction, and property evaluation.

My background includes over thirty-five years in residential and commercial construction, including fifteen years owning and operating Putnam Construction Co. That experience provides a practical understanding of how properties are built, maintained, and valued insight I bring to every transaction. From the building trades to the closing table, my work has always centered on understanding property and helping clients make informed decisions.  

Over the years, my work expanded into real estate, where I developed a strong focus on clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and steady guidance throughout the transaction process. I work closely with sellers, families, investors, and professional partners to guide each transaction with sound judgment, careful preparation, and attention to detail from start to closing.
